Louis was born April 13, 1907 in the Town of Shields,son of Ludwig and Marie(Sommerfeld)Borck. He marrried Miss Irene Eggert June 6, 1928 in Waukegan,Ill.
He had been a dairy farmer in the Town of Shields for many years, and also was employed at the Univ. of Wisc. farm in Milford,as well as being a self employed carpenter.
He and Irene later lived at 7037 Main St. in Hubbleton. Louis was a member of St.Lukes Lutheran Church in Richwood. Louis passed away Jan 7,1993 at Marquardt Manor in Watertown of coronary artery disease. Burial was in the Richwood Cemetery.
At the time of his passing, he was survived by his wife, three daughters,LuElla(Robert)Voight of Helenville, Hazel(Duane)Mayer and Mary Lou(Myron)Moldenhauer of Watertown; two sons; Ervin(Elaine) of Marshall,and Clarence(Mildred)of Jefferson, other relatives and friends.
He was the last member of his immediate family. He was preceeded in death by three sisters, Hattie Miller,Esther Zimmerman,and Gertrude Kelm, and three brothers, Fred, Ernest, and Albert.
