Flossie Rager, 76, of Decatur, died 2:40 p.m. Friday (July 16, 1999) in her home.
Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
Mrs. Rager was born in Vandalia on Feb. 28, 1923, the daughter of Charles and Edna Engle Frakes. She was a member of the VFW. She married John Rager in 1952 and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews; on sister and any friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and five sisters.
She will greatly missed my all who knew her.
