James M. Frick, 83, of Adrian, father of Armstrong County Sheriff Joseph Frick, died at 1 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 13, 1966) at his home. He was born Aug. 24, 1883 in East Franklin Township, a son of Chambers F. and Nancy (Flenner) Frick. Mr. Frick was a member of Montgomeryville Baptist Church, Adrian. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nora (Wingard) Frick; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth LeViere of East Tawas, Mich.; five sons, George Frick of Cleveland, Ohio, James H. Frick of Adrian, Harry Frick of Arnold, Joseph Frick of Kittanning and Robert Frick of Adrian; 24 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Chambers Frick of Adrian and Rufus Frick of Decatur, Ga. FRICK—Friends of James M. Frick, 83 of Adrian, who died Tuesday (Sept. 13, 1966), will be received at Snyder Funeral Home, Cowansville, from 7 to 9 p.m. this evening and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. The body will be taken to Montgomeryville Baptist Church at 1. p.m. Friday where friends may pay respects until time of service at 2 p.m. Rev. James R. Hamilton, church pastor, will officiate, assisted by Rev. Melvin Rennie, pastor of Patton Baptist Church. Burial will be in Montgomery Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder, Cowansville.
