DIES AT AN EARLY AGE
Miss Lillie Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Smith, died Wednesday, of consumption, at the home of her parents near Dant, in the western end of the county. She was 18 years of age at the time of her death. Funeral services were conducted at St. Francis church, Chicago, yesterday morning at 9:30 o'clock, and the interment took place in the cemetery adjoining the church. She is survived by three brothers, Clint, Leo and Hugh Smith, and by five sisters, Lizzie, Ella, Florence, Addie and Regina. Many friends and relatives extend to the family their sympathy in the great loss they have sustained.
