THOMAS JOURDAN EZZELL, 74, of Memphis, retired maintenance supervisor for Taylor Caterpillar and Thompson Caterpillar, died of cancer Thursday at Methodist Hospital South. Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with burial in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. He received the Purple Heart for injuries received during the Battle of the Bulge. Mr. Ezzell, the husband of Evelyn Ezzell, also leaves a stepson, Bill Pollard of Cavella, Australia; two sisters, Cuelon Krebbs and Kathleen Burns, both of Tishomingo, Miss.; a brother, Archie Ezzell of Hickory Flat, Miss., and a grandchild.
