LEXINGTON---Ed E. Nance, 84, of Route 6; died Monday at home. A native of Davidson County, he was a retired farmer and a member of Jerusalem United Church of Christ Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Anna Swing Nance of the home; four sons, Willie Nance of Pittsboro, Dock Nance of Route 2, Garland Nance of Route 6, and Forrest Nance of Marietta, Ga.; three daughters, Mrs. Kever Ward of Route 6, Mrs. Milton Edgar of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Colen Embler of Route 2, Thomasville; and a brother, Robert Nance of Lexington. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at Davidson Funeral Home.
