GRACE HOLLENBACK
BUNKER HILL, Ind. -- Grace Hollenback, 93, Bunker Hill, died Sunday, Jan 17, 1988, in Miller's
Merry Manor at Peru. She was born March 10, 1894, in Marion, a daughter of Reuben and Clara (Hubbard) Howard. Dec. 22, 1915, in Wabash, she married Oscar L. Hollenback, who died March 5, 1962.
Hollenback was a member of Bunker Hill United Methodist Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are three sons, Glenn Hollenback of Sharpsville R.R. 2, William and Jack Hollenback, both of Bunker Hill; twin daughters, Jean Payton and Margaret Dean Stewart, both of Tipton; a grandson who was raised in her home, Richard "Butch" Hollenback of Peru; a brother Lawrence Howard of Porter; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, two daughters, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Allen Funeral Home here. The Rev. Michael Saddler will officiate. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.
