Ada's grandmother, Anna Kristensdatter Fjaerestad, who married Peder K. Ese, was my g.g.grandfather Peder Kristenson Fjerestad's older sister. Both Anna and Peder emigrated out of Norway in the 1861 era and got farms close to S. Zumbro Lutheran Church near Kasson, where they are buried.

Ada's husband, Adolf Fjerestad, was the son of Anders Pederson Fjerestad. Anders was my great grandmother's younger brother.

The couple farmed near Estelline and had no children.
