Michael J. Hain, 76, of 720 Stracks Dam Road, Myerstown, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1992 in the Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lebanon. He was the husband of Helen V. Gundrum Hain.
Born in Lebanon County, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Mary Bahsteter Hain. He was retired from Sterling Drug Co., Myerstown, and was a member of Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Edward N. Hain, Myerstown; daughters, Mary Brown, Myerstown; Theresa, wife of Jack Morgan, Lebanon, and Nancy, wife of Barry Latshaw, Myerstown; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, John Hain, Myerstown, and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday, Dec. 3, 1992, in Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church, Myerstown, for Michael J. Hain, 720 Stracks Dam Road, Myerstown. He was the husband of Helen V. Hain.
The Rev. Gerald Heintzelman, pastor of the church, was the celebrant. Interment was in St. Gertrude's Cemetery with John Hain, Michael Brown, Walter Brown, Douglas Hain, Jack Morgan and Barry Latshaw serving as pallbearers. Thompson's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
