Thomas Vaudrin, 82, Crookston, Minnesota died late Tuesday morning, February 20, 1996 at Riverview Hospital in Crookston. Tom was born at Gentilly, Minnesota on December 19, 1913, he son of Nap and Leah (Gervais) Vaudrin. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Gentilly, and attended county school. Tom worked on the family farm until 1930, when he started working at Paddy and Paul's Deep Rock service station in Crookston. On September 27, 1937, Tom was united in marriage to Agnes Jolly at Red Lake Falls, Minnesota. The couple made Crookston their home. for six years, during the 50's, Tom operated the Deep Rock service station in downtown Crookston, then went back to Paddy and Paul's and drove the bulk fuel truck until retiring on his sixty-fifth birthday in 1978. Tom was a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception parish, and had belonged to Eagles Aerie #873 for over fifty years.

Loving family members include his wife, Agnes; two sons and daughter-in-law, Richard and Renee of Crookston, and Gale and Peggy of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren, Tod Vaudrin and his wife, Pam, of Fairbault, Minnesota, Michelle Vaudrin of St. Paul, Minnesota, Scott Vaudrin of Argyle, Minnesota, and Kristi LaFrenz and her husband Jeff, of Grand Forks, North Dakota; six step-grandchildren, Cyndi Maza and her husband, Julian of League City, Texas, Staci Vaudrin of Houston, Texas, Dee Stanley and her husband Mike of Luverne, Minnesota; Jason Williams and his wife Michelle, of Red Lake Falls, Minnesota; two great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Raymond and Rose Vaudrin of Thief River Falls, and Marlys Vaudrin of Crookston; a brother-in-law, Edgar Amiot of Red Lake Falls; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Tom was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers. Orphier, Amedie, Emil, and Donald; and two sisters Antonio Amiot, and Cecile Perreault.
