Lois Alda Curtis Mortensen died June 9, 2003, peacefully at the home of her son and daughter-in-law after a lengthy illness.
She was born August 15, 1917 in Vernal, Utah to Martha Eunice Vernon and Carl Curtis. She married Aage Mortensen on September 30, 1933 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lois was a wonderful wife, mother and especially a beloved grandmother. She is cherished and loved by all who knew her. She loved helping and being with her family and their families. Her family was her main focus and she loved to cook for them.
Lois is survived by her children, Harold E. (Georgi), Ronald W. (DelRae) and Dennis L. (Dorothy); 19 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; 21 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Earl and a daughter, Clara; two brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held Friday June 13, 2003 at 12:00 noon in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 1950 E. 10600 So., Sandy, where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
