CHESTERTON-- George Andershock Sr., 85, RFD 2, Chesterton, died Sunday in his home after an illness of two months.

Born May 7, 1880 in Chesterton, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Andershock. On Sept. 24, 1907, he married Emma (sic) Dorkowske [Borkowske], who preceded him in death. On Aug 23, 1958 he married Mary [Reeder] Clemans, who survives.

A retired farmer, Andershock was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church and the Holy Name Society.

Surviving besides the widow are four sons, Edward, Michigan City, and James, George and Alvin, all of Chesterton; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond Parkes, Chicago, Mrs. Joseph Fetterick, Gary, and Miss Theresa Andershock, Chesterton; 20 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services are pending at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
