---Rear: The name EVELETH is inscribed on the base. Above it is an illegible inscription in which only the name "Ralph C" can be discerned. No Ralph Eveleth appears in the cemetery's online burial database, but a "Francis Eveleth" is buried here, and there is a footstone inscribed "FANNY" just behind the column.
---Right: It is not possible to determine if there ever was an inscription on this side of the monument.
