Rites Announced For Mrs. Jimmy [sic] Board

Mrs. Jimmy {sic] Board, 88, died at 1:45 a.m. today in Pampa. Mrs. Board, who had been a resident of Hutchinson County since 1899, had been making her home with a daughter in Pampa at the time of her death.

She was a charter member, past matron, and life member of the Stinnett Eastern Star No. 347.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Pringle School with the Rev. Allen Forbis, pastor of the Morse Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in the Leib [sic] cemetery under the direction of the Minton Funeral Home.

Survivors include three sons, Odes of Amarillo, Sid of Stratford and Lex of Morse; four daughters, Mrs. Eunice Eiland of Long Beach, California, Mrs. Sally Mathis of Pampa, Mrs. Zela Matheson, and Mrs. Mary Stout, both of Amarillo; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
