AMOS BARNHART
LAWRENCE - Services for Amos Arthur Barnhart, 89, who died this morning at a rest home here, will be at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, at the Eight Mile German Baptist Church, Centropolis.
Barnhart, born Aug. 31, 1887, in Franklin County, was a retired farmer.
He is survived by a daughter, Freda Churchbaugh, rural Baldwin City; two sisters, including Anna Crumpecker, Baldwin City; a brother, Clarence Barnhart, Overbrook; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The Rumsey Funeral Home, Lawrence, is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
