OGDEN Ruth McKinnon Cantone Lane, 81, passed away February 23, 2008 at the Crestwood Care Center in Ogden, Utah after a long struggle with Parkinsons disease. She was born in Randolph, Utah on May 4, 1926 to Ernest and Mary Webb McKinnon (See Find A Grave Memorial# 44330023). Ruth was the youngest of four sisters.
She married Jack Cantone on October 6, 1946. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden Temple. They had four children: Michael, Mary Ann (George) Bersonnet, Patricia and Jackie Sue. Jack died in 1988. She married Herbert W. Lane in 1995.
Ruth was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved the church and spent many years in various church callings. She served a mission and was an ordinance worker in the Ogden Temple.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West. where family will greet friends on Tuesday from 6:00-7-30 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:00-9:45 a.m. prior to services. Additional services will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the LDS Chapel in Randolph, Utah with a viewing from 2:00-2:30 p.m. Interment, Randolph Cemetery.
