Obituary - Nathaniel H. Moore was born in Rochester county, Ky. March 11, 1841; was married to Miss Mary Lorton Aug. 13, 1857. To this union were born twelve boys and two girls, of whom eight boys survive him. He was converted in his youth and had served God for sixty years. He came to this neighborhood at the opening of the country and helped to organize the first Sunday school. He has always been a faithful church worker. His wife died some twenty-four years ago. He again married in 1901. This wife passed away a few years ago. He died Jan. 12, 1919, at the age of 78 years, 10 months and 1 day.

Nathan H. Moore is buried in the Eakly Cemetery according to his Death Certificate. His marker can not be found. His first wife, Mary died on July 2, 1897 in Benton County, Arkansas. Her marker has not been found.
