Jim D Adams 89, a farmer of the West Ridge community for more than 40 years, died Monday November 13, 1939 at the home of his brother H.H. Adams.

He was born Oct 16, 1859 to Alex and Winnie Ann Ashbaugh Adams in Illinois.

Death was attributed to complications of old age.

He leaves his wife Margaret Adams, his brother HH, 5 nephews: Bert Adams, J. A Adams, Lawrence Adams, Roscoe Adams, Roy Adams and 2 nieces: two nieces Flora Mae Smith of Flint, MI and Lorena Adams of Trumann, AR.

Burial in Garden Point Cemetery.
