Freda K. Williams, 72, Fallon, Nev., died there Saturday after a short illness.
She was born in Wood County, a daughter of the late George and Hannah Martin. She grew up in the Parkersburg area.
She is survived by a son, Ray Williams of Garden Grove; four grandchildren, Neal Williams, Nick Williams, Ted Williams and Kay Williams; two great-grandsons; and a number of nieces and nephews, including about 10 in the Parkersburg area.
She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil A. "Bill" Williams; and two brothers and three sisters.
Memorial services will be in Garden Grove, CA.
