Mrs.Martin was the daughter of the late Elmore and Cordelia Spear Bartley,and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters,Mrs. Ralph Ray,Tompkinsville and Mrs. Jack Emmert,Louisville;two sons,Thomas R. Martin,Sweet Springs,Mo.,and James J. Martin,with the the U.S. Army,Korea;one stepson,Clarence Martin,Tompkinsville;four sisters,Mrs. Bell McMillin,Mrs.Buna McMurtrey,and Mrs. Carson Chapman,all of Tompkinsville and Mrs. Charles Lyons,Briston,Tenn.;two brothers,Jack Bartley,Moss,Tenn., and Herman Bartley,Tompkinsville.There are six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services are being held today at the Tompkinsville Church of Christ,with interment in Old Mt. Hermon Cemetery.Yokley Funeral Home is in charge.
