MOTHER OF SIX DIES
The death of Mrs. John Fullerton on Sunday, June 11, 1933, leaves six children motherless. Mrs. Fullerton has been ill for some weeks, and when symptoms became acute last week she was taken to the Beloit Community Hospital where her death occurred Sunday.
Before her marriage on Nov. 2, 1915, Mrs. Fullerton was Miss Jeanette Elyea. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Elyea, and she was born May 17, 1896. To Mr. and Mrs. Fullerton seven children were born. One child died in infancy.
Those in the immediate family circle to mourn her loss are her husband, John Fullerton; six children, Charlotte, Helen, Iva Lee, Audrey, Charles Richard, and Hardman Phillip; her father Charles Elyea, of Backus, Minn., brothers Cecil, Dale, Orr, Theodore, and Edwin; sisters, Miss Beulah, Mrs. Helen Palmer, and Mrs. Stella Skeesuck. Her mother and two brothers preceded her in death.
Mrs. Fullerton was esteemed and loved in the community where she made her home. The duties which came to her were accepted with heroic devotion. She was kind, gentle, and devoted to the welfare of her children to the last moment when she could do and plan for them. In the irreparable loss to the home, the community would extend its sympathy.
The funeral service was held at the Christian church Wednesday afternoon, the Rev. G.G. Sias in charge. Many friends and neighbors attended the service, and her father and other relatives were here from a distance. The burial service was at the Wallace cemetery.
