Four months ago he moved to Dyer and was employed as drill press operator for Ford Motor company, Chicago Heights.
He was a Korean veteran.
Surviving with the widow are a daughter, Scherry Lvnn, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie, Burman of Goodland; three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Hageman of Goodland, Mrs. Marjorie Pratt of Boswell, and Mrs. Jean Hartman of Lowell ; and one brother, Robert of Rensselaer.
