OTIS N. WOMMACK
Otis N. Wommack, 69, Route 2, Fair Grove, died Wednesday afternoon in the State Hospital in Nevada after an illness of three years.
Mr. Wommack was a lifelong resident of Fair Grove. He was a member of the Cedar Bluff Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Elta; two sons, Raymond, 1418 East Blaine and Tom, 3916 Groton; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Conley, 724 North National, Mrs. Martha Tummons, Route 6, Springfield, and Mrs. Lillian Cobb, Saigon, Vietnam; ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be announced by Klingner.
Mr. Wommack is also survived by two brothers, Clifford and Hubert, both of Fair Grove, and a sister, Mrs. F. E. McCroskey, of Fair Grove.

Funeral Services for Otis N. Wommack, 69, of Route 2, Fair Grove, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Cedar Bluff Church with the Rev. Levi Gerhart officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery.
