ALMA MOULTON DEAD
Alma Moulton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Moulton died at Jackson, Wyoming on September 17th.
Mr. Moulton was born and raised in Heber and is well known throughout the county, though for the last nine years he has been only an occasional visitor here. Recently, as previously reported, Mr. Moulton met with an accident, cutting an artery in his leg just above the ankle. The wound was dressed by two attending physicians and for further care the patient was left in care of the doctor at Jackson, Wyoming. At the time of the second dressing of the wound the artery was again broken and the young man bled to death before anything effective could be done for him.
Mr. Moulton was married to a young lady at Zenith, Wyoming last January, so the funeral services were held at that place and the body interred there.
The parents of the deceased were with their son at the last - They are expected home in a few days.
Family notes:
Alma was the sixth son of Joseph and Lizzie Moulton. With his younger brother, Nephi, he came to Jackson Hole in 1905 to take over a homestead relinquishment on the Snake River in the community called Zenith. He married his cousin, Lenore Moulton, in January 1911.
He actually was attended solely by the Jackson doctor although another doctor had been sent for when he developed blood poisoning. He was dead before the second doctor arrived.
Alma's parents' links are: Joseph Moulton Findagrave Memorial # 37699850
Mary Elizabeth Giles Moulton # 37700117
His wife's link is: # 60247884
All three are buried in the Heber City Cemetery, Heber City, Wasatch, Utah, United States
