Henry Franklin Easley was the 8th of 10 children of John Ellington Easley and Sarah Jane Cliett. He was born in Birdville, Tarrant County, Texas, USA. He married Mary Lou Bybee 2 Dec 1908. They were blessed with four children Janie Elizabeth Easley b. 1909; Mary Kathryn Easley b. 1912; Marcella Easley b. 1915; and Henry Jewel Easley b. 1920.

Obituary:

Henry F. Easley, 88, of 901 Bonham St., died Tuesday in a Dallas Hospital after a short illness. He had been a resident here for the past 19 years and was a long-time resident of Quanah.

Easley, a retired farmer, was born in Fort Worth and was a member of the First Methodist Church of Grand Prairie.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Methodist Church, the Rev. John Morphis officiating. Burial will be in Southland Memorial Park.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, four daughters, Mrs. George Myers of Hurst, Mrs. Joe Barker of Irving, Mrs. Curtis Anderson and Mrs. L. L. Blake, both of Grand Prairie; one sister, Mrs. Ben Suddeth of Mansfield; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Southland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
