Rev. W. T. Karr died at West Ga. Medical Center. He was the son of the late David C. Karr and Ida Funderburk Karr. He was a US Army WW II veteran. He had been the past of the HillCrest Baptist church since 1960 and had a broadcast on WTRP Radio Station for nearly 40 years
He was preceded in death by his son Tommy Karr.
Survived by his wife Myrtle Karr; two daughters Faye Blair and Nancy Barnes and a son Carlton Karr; three sisters Frances Looney, Jeanette McMillian, Bessie Sanders and one brother Cecil Karr. 12 Grandchildren
Funeral services at Striffler Hamby Funeral Home with Revs. Kenneth Parker and Jimmy McMillian. Burial in Hillview East Cemetery
