Mrs. Harriet Davis Bilbo, daughter of Mrs. A.A. Davis, and wife of William Bilbo, died at her home on Davis bayou, Dec 11, 1898, and was interred beside many loved ones in the old family burying ground on the Hollingsworth place.
Mr. Bilbo was fifty-nine years of age and had been in feeble health for some time.
She leaves many relatives and friends to mourn her death.
The Ocean Springs Baptist church and its society of Willing Workers have lost a faithful co-laborer. Mrs. Bilbo was quiet and retiring, but ever ready to do all in her power for the advancement of the Master's cause.
May the influence of her gentle life be a benediction upon her sorrow stricken family.
Mrs. Susan Thornton Price
