BLACKFOOT (AP) — A 19-year-old Salt Lake City woman was killed and a Blackfoot man injured when the automobile they were in went out of control and rolled over on Interstate 15 near Fort Hall about 12:20 a.m. Wednesday.
Bonnie Barker, daughter of Mrs. Marie Barker, Salt Lake City, died at Bingham Memorial Hospital a few hours after the accident. Merlin L. Anderson, 22, of Rt. Two, Blackfoot, was listed in good condition at the hospital, with multiple abrasions and contusions. Mr. Anderson was driver of the automobile. According to state police, the car left the highway and rolled over several times. Miss Barker was thrown from the automobile.
