FITZHUGH--Graveside services for H.C. Boyles, 89, Fitzhugh, are 11 a.m. today at East Hill Cemetery in Roff, the Rev. Curt Rogers conducting rites.
Mr. Boyles died Sept. 10, 1991, in Fitzhugh. He was born April 18, 1902, in Prague, to Milton and Aurla Parker Boyles. He moved from Prague, where he attended school, to Fitzhugh in 1915.
He was a retired self-employed carpenter.
On Jan. 19, 1924, he and Effie May Roberts were married in Ada.
Survivors include his wife, Effie, of the home; two sons, Harrol Boyles, Asher, and Howard Boyles, Fitzhugh; a sister, Vinnie Boatman, Bakersfield, Calif; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Alford Boyles.
Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
