BOONEVILLE - James Riley McDougal, 71, died Monday, March 9, 1992; at his home after a long illness. He was a retired mechanic, a member of Jackson Camp Baptist Church, an Army veteran of World War II and a Mason.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mavous Phifer and the Rev. J. T. Prince officiating. Burial will be in the Forked Oak Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Sybil Cole McDougal of Booneville, three daughters, Jean Sipes of Corinth, Shelia Price of Iuka and Cindy McDougal of Booneville; four sons, Johnny McDougal, James McDougal and Tommy McDougal, all of Booneville, and Sammy McDougal of Corinth; seven sisters, Blanche Gray of Tishomingo Lela Gamble of Iuka, Verda Harper of New Site, Maxine Loveless of Booneville, Mary Sue Byram of Southaven, Betty Lambert of Greenwood and Ruth Welch of Henderson, Tenn.
