Mrs. Emma Allen Rishel, wife of J. W. Rishel, died at her home in Long Beach Monday afternoon. She was born March 2, 1893 in Long Beach. Surviving other than her husband are her mother, Mrs. Alice Allen Parker; eight children, Ralph Rishel of Shelbyville, Tenn; Mrs. Myrtle Rutledge, Bay St. Louis, and Horace, George, Harry, Lawrence, Ruby and Glenn all of Long Beach; five grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. W. A. Woodcock, Mrs. Robert Leggett, Mrs. W. V. Lacy and Mrs. Charles Reed, Long Beach, and seven brothers, William, Wiley, Warren, Fred, Phillip, and Robert Parker, Long Beach, and Colon Parker, Gulfport. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the residence, with Rev. P. S. Dodge officiating. Burial will be in Allen Cemetery.
