Obituary / Mrs. Olivia Lankford Claimed By Death - Mrs. Olivia Callaway Lankford 62, died Thursday after an illness of seven weeks at her home in Union Point. She was born August 11, 1887 in Greene County. She was a member of the Union Point Methodist Church. Survivors are husband, N.L. Lankford, of Union Point; three sons, Robert Lankford of Union Point; Howard Lankford, of Woodville; Vason Lankford, of Union Point; Marvin Lankford, of Danburg; Nathan Lankford, of Atlanta; two daughters, Mary Alice Lankford, of Union Point; Celeste Lankford, of Sandersville; three brothers S.J. Callaway; Athens; S.E. Callaway, Long Beach, Cal.; C.P. Callaway of Union Point; sister, Mrs. D.M. Jester of Union Point; Mrs. D.P. Brake, of Union Point; half-brother, Lem Callaway Baxley; Bob Callaway, Union Point. The funeral services were held Sunday at 3:30 P.M. at the Union Point Methodist Church. Rev. R.W. Green, Rev. E.H. Campbell and Rev. L.T. Newland officiated. The pallbearers were B.P. Lunceford, Sil Roland, Ralph Rhodes, A.J. Stewart, Omer Rainwater and J.H. Bins. M.H. Callaway and Co., funeral directors.
