Mrs. Oldean A. Fuchs, 90, of 317 S. Michigan, Lakeville, died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Fuchs was born April 2, 1888 in Lakeville and lived in this area all her life. As Oldean A. Barkley on July 6, 1906, she married Charles Edward Fuchs. He died on June 10, 1953. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Julia Wozny of Lakeville and Mrs. Alice Grimes of South Bend; eight sons, James of Phoenix, Ariz.; John, Donald, Baudette, Charles F., Ross and Bob, all of Lakeville; and Jack of South Bend; 34 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great granchildren.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Lakeville Christian Church. Rev. Albert W. Farmer, the pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Palmer Memorial Chapel, Lakeville, and for one hour prior to services in the church on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lakeville Christian Church where Mrs. Fuchs was a member.
