Timothy C. Shade, 21, of 13743 Welty Road, died at 4 p.m. Thursday, October 13, in the Waynesboro Hospital. He had been in ill health since birth and was critically ill since being last admitted to the hospital on Sunday.
Born June 13, 1962 in Waynesboro, he was the son of Donald E. & Peggy J. Whitlock Shade.
All his life was lived at his present residence.
He was a 1980 graduate of the Waynesboro Area Senior High School and the Franklin County Vo-Tech School.
Since his graduation, he had been employed as a draftsman in the electronics department at Letterkenny Army Depot.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Roderick Shade, at home; maternal grandparents, J. Paul and Alberta Bricker Whitlock, Waynesboro; a paternal grandmother, Mrs. Blanche Shade, Waynesboro, and paternal great grandfather, Truster Shade, Waynesboro.
Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
It is requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 8641 Loch Raven Blvd, Baltimore, Md. 21204.
