Allen G. Sosbe
Allen G. SOSBE, 87, 130 East Fourth street, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Woodlawn hospital.
He was born Nov. 17, 1888 in Tipton county to John H. and Emma HENSHAW SOSBE. A retired plumber and carpenter, he had resided here 57 years, moving from Windfall. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of World War I Barracks 479.
Surviving are two foster daughters, Mrs. Barbara JONES and Mrs. Betty CARR, both of Wabash; and a niece, Mrs. Edith BREEZE, Tipton.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home. The Rev. F. G. KUEBLER will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery here. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m.Wednesday.
