His siblings were: Leroy Hearon, Bertha Worsham, Moline Jones, Richard Hearon, John Henry Hearon, three half brothers, Alvin Hearon, Andrew Hearon, Arthur Hearon and one half sister, Allie Hearon.
He was an avid deer and turkey hunter and spent many happy years hunting with his brothers and nephews in the Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas.
