Meade H. Bailey, of near Fort Defiance, died Sunday afternoon at two o'clock after an illness of about six months.
He was born Oct. 29, 1877. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. M.H. Bailey, and five children.
The funeral will be conducted from the Laurel Hill Baptist church, today. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.
