Harold Arthur Erickson, 93, of Lindon, Utah, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009.


He was born September 22, 1915 in Ogden, Utah to Ruby Rose and Arthur Edgar Erickson.


He is survived by his wife Elvie, to whom he was married on November 13, 1941 in the Laie Hawaii Temple.


He was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission with his wife in Nauvoo from 1979-1982. They also served as temple workers in both the Provo and Mount Timpanogos Temples for many years.


He will be sorely missed by his three children, David (Becky), Karin (Mel) Rowley and Kehaulani (Stephen) Jones and their 21 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.


Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lindon Second Ward Chapel, 610 West 100 South, Lindon. Viewings will be held on Friday, April 17, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove, and at the Church one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
Interment will be in the Lindon City Cemetery, where Full Military Honors will be accorded by the American Legion Post 72.
