Bryant was the youngest of 10 children born to John and Marjorie Brame. The family relocated to Denver, CO when was 14 month old. He was nickname Boogie and Dad. As a child Bryant would not go to sleep without is Bear BooBoo and that it be laid to rest together. He began is education the Denver Public School System, graduating from Manual High. Bryant started playing football at an early age and became an all around athlete, also playing basketball and baseball. In 1979 he co-founded a copy called Colorado Beef Luggers, where he a a lugger until the company ended. Bryant move to Enid, OK and was employed by Waste Management. In 1998 he became a charter member and the first Deacon of Redemption Missionary Baptist Church in Denver. CO.
