She was born on Tuesday, February 26, 1935 in Eagletown, Oklahoma, to Norvin Wendell Hadley, Sr., and Edna Una Dennington Hadley. Guy was raised and educated in Eagletown.
On Friday, February 27, 1953, she married Norman Russell Pool in Lockesburg, Arkansas.
He preceded her in death in 1982. Also preceding her in death were her parents, and brother, Norvin Wendell Hadley, Jr.
Prior to her retirement, Guy had worked at Tommy's Supermarket and Albertsons.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael D. and Sarah Pool, Steven D. and Rhonda Pool, Kevin D. and Melania Pool, all of Midland, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa D. and Rick Duley of Roanoke, TX; grandchildren, Karissa Pool of Houston, TX; Keeley Pool, Chance Pool, Shanaye Pool, Russell Pool, Joshua Pool, Brian Pullen, Chassity Cooper, and Latisha Pullen, all of Midland, TX; Bret Duley, Brandon Duley, and Brittany Duley, all of Roanoke, TX; great-grandchildren, Leyton Welch, Kade Pullen, Kason Pullen, Garyn Cooper, Kalley Cooper, and Kamran Monahan, all of Midland, TX; brothers, Warren Hadley of Fort Smith, AR; Don Hadley of Earlsboro, OK; and Rodger Hadley of Indiahoma, OK; sister, Eleanor Marrs of Fullerton, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 24, 2007 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland, TX.
