Norvin Wendell Hadley Jr., 59, of Guymon, died Wednesday at his home. He was born June 27, 1936, in Eagletown.
The son of Norvin Wendell Hadley Sr. and Edna Euna Dennington, he graduated from Eagletown High School in 1955. He and Bobbie Caldwell were married Dec. 20, 1957, in Midland, Texas. He was an Army veteran and moved to Guymon from Midland, Texas, in 1967. He was a plumber for H&S Plumbing for several years, retiring in May 1994 due to ill health. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie of the home; two sons, David Hadley of San Antonio, Texas and Darrell Hadley of Guymon; three grandchildren; five brothers and sisters, Guy Eula Poole of Midland, Texas, Eleanor Marrs of Fullerton, Calif., Warren Hadley of Fort Smith, Ark., Don Hadley of Seminole and Rodger Dale Hadley of Guymon.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Grace Southern Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Pitson, pastor, and the Rev. Odie Nunley officiating. Burial will follow at Elmhurst Cemetery under direction oh Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home of Guymon.
