Funeral services will be held at Worden Chapel here Friday at 10 a.m. for Mrs. Lillie May Brown, 85, who died Tuesday in Bloss Memorial Hospital.
Born in Greenfield, Mo., the family moved to Sanger in 1923 and 11 years later came here. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil S. Brown.
She leaves three sons, Richard of Sanger, Lester of Fresno and Charles of Merced; four daughters, Mrs. Nellie Walker of Fresno, Mrs. Laura Highfill and Mrs. Mildred Toews of Merced and Mrs. Jewel Krejci of Atwater; two brother, Frank Cannon of Kansas City and Fed Cannon of Fresno; 33 grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren.
