Mrs. Hilda Marie Hall, 76, died Saturday (April 16, 2005) at her residence following a short illness.

She was a native of Clinch County but had resided most of her life in Waycross. She was married to the late James Warren Hall and was the daughter of the late Carey James, Benjamin Styles Booth and Bessie Highsmith Booth.

She was a retired teacher's assistant with Waycross School System. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and the Faithful Sunday School Class. She was a former member of Emerson Baptist Church and taught juniors, intermediates and adults at the church.

The survivors include two daughters, Judy Middleton (husband John) of Waycross, Vickie Crews (husband Bob) of Dasher; a son, Jeff Hall (wife Sally) of Fernandina Beach, FL; two sisters, Nell Osborne of Waycross, Alice Douglas of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday (April 18, 2005) at Second Baptist Church. Entombment will be in Greenlawn Mausoleum. The family will be receiving friends at Music Funeral Home Sunday night from 6 until 8 o'clock.
