Isabell Devault, Mother of Moses H. Devault, who was a private (pensionable rank private) in Co. "B" 98 Ohio Vols is entitled to a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence September 4, 1864, the day after soldier's death.

Mrs. Devault.
At noon on Thursday, Mrs. Isabelle Devault, one of the pioneer women of Colerain township, passed away at the home of her son Jesse Devault, at Farmington. She was the mother of a large family, of whom one daughter and seven sons, survive. - They are Mrs. Samuel Moore, of Dillonvale; Geo. W. and Thomas Devault, of Martin's Ferry; Jesse, John and William, of Farmington; Malin, of Colerain, and Lewis, of Freeport. The deceased was for many years a member of the Presbyterian Church at Farmington, at which place funeral services were held on Saturday.
According to the Belmont county record of deaths, Isabella was 85 years, 8 months of age. Nathaniel was 70 years, 11 months, and 3 days.
