She was born June 27, 1903 in Wayne County, the daughter of Joseph and Rosa (Arnold) Gardner. She married William Q. Atwood on July 31, 1921, in Kimball, Neb., and be
preceded her in death in 1940. She married Harvey Moore on May 18, 1957, in Albion, and he preceded her in death in 1984.
She is survived by four sons, Joe Atwood of Mt. Erie, Lowell Atwood and Bob Atwood, both of Olney, and Donald Atwood of Rockford; four daughters, Mrs. Don (Joan) Simmons of Mt. Erie, Mrs. Herbert (Martha) Street of Allendale, Mrs. Charles (Violet) Merrick of Geff and Mrs.
Bob (Mary) Smith of Union Town, Ken; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Brummetl of Olney; four step-daughters, two step-sons, 37 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, two great-great-
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sons, one grandson, one sister, five brothers and her parents.
She was the retired owner of the Moore Sheltercare in Olney and was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Burial in Travers Cemetery.
