Ford City, Dec. 4 - Mrs. Lois Klingensmith, 1136 Fifth avenue, died in Allegheny General hospital, Pittsburgh, on Tuesday evening, December 3, 1946, at 5:25 o'clock. She was taken suddenly ill five weeks ago and removed to the hospital where she had been in a comma continuously. Mrs. Klingensmith was aged 22 years, three months and 28 days, having been born August 5, 1924, a daughter of Elmer and Frances (Lasher) Fiscus. She was united in marriage with Pfc. Charles Klingensmith on January 1, 1944. Her husband was killed on the Burma war front on December 16, 1944. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Klingensmith is survived by a brother, Earl Klingensmith and sister, Mrs. Thomas Clever, both of Ford City. Mrs. Klingensmith was a member of the Limestone Church of God. Funeral arrangements, which are in charge of the Welch funeral home, are incomplete.

Mrs. Lois Klingensmith Funeral

Ford City, Dec. 7 - Funeral services for Mrs. Lois (Fiscus) Klingensmith, 1136 Fifth Avenue who died in Allegheny General hospital, Pittsburgh, on Tuesday evening, were held on Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Limestone Church of God in Washington township. Services were in charge of Rev. J. W. Cock, pastor Mount Pleasant Church of God, a former pastor of the Fiscus family. Burial was made in Limestone cemetery. Casket bearers were Ned Roberts, Keith Smith, Carl Lasher, Blaine Vensel, Leslie Vensel and Dale Vensel.
