Mrs. Williams was born in Horry County, a daughter of Henry B. Singleton and Emma G. Fullwood Singleton. She attended Horry County schools. She was a member of the Williams Hill Church and was the widow of Lee Williams.
Surviving are two sons, Jimmy Williams of Union and Ronald Williams of Hemingway; four daughters, Marva Lee W. Salts of Surfside Beach, Emily W. Moore of Goose Creek, and Linda W. Thompson and Ruther Mae W. Gabella, both of Hemingway; a sister, Mrs. Frances S. Cockfield of Hemingway; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
