She married Sidney Stewart in 1905 and they were the parents of seven children - Eva, Lillian, Lorene, Edith, Bessie, Nathan and Blanche. She later married a Mr. Brewer. In 1974, Nellie lived at 645 North 7th, Chowchilla, California. Nellie died on 25 July 1987. She was 11 days short of being 99 years old.
