Pauline, age 90, died at Heritage Hall Nursing Center in Centralia. She was the daughter of Willard and Minnie (Robinson) Cook. She married William Archie Johnson on April 1, 1929. She married Acy King Maiden on January 6, 1983, in Sturgeon. She owned Polly's Chuck Wagon in the mid-1950s in Columbia.

Survivors include seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her parents, her children, Betty Jo Leach and Bobby Joe Johnson, and her siblings, Harold Cook, Maurice Cook, Marvin Cook, Edwin Cook, Willard Cook Jr., Opal Parks, and Goldie Ketchum.

Services were held at Fenton Funeral Chapel in Centralia. Burial was in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
