Bruce Harris, 81, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Wednesday May 24, 2006, at the Marian Home, Fort Dodge.
Visitation will be on Friday May 26, 2006 From 10:00PM at the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at North Lawn Cemetery immediately following the visitation with Pastor Gary Snook, of The First Church of the Nazarene, officiating.

Bruce E. Harris, 81, of Fort Dodge, passed away on May 24, 2006, at the Marian Home.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 26, 2006, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at North Lawn Cemetery immediately following the visitation with Pastor Gary Snook, of the First Church of the Nazarene, officiating.
Survivors include : his wife, Marilyn; daughter, Barb Benson and her husband Doug of Fort Dodge; grandchildren, Brian Benson and his wife, Kelly of Des Moines; Mark Benson of Fort Dodge; great grandchildren; Emily, Jacob, and Karli Benson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Esther Bloomquist Harris; brothers, Roger and Duane Harris.
Bruce Eugene Harris was born on March 2, 1925 in Fort Dodge. He attended schools here. Following his education he was a truck driver for many years until his retirement in 2002. On July 23, 1946 Bruce was united in marriage to Marilyn Florea and the couple established their home in Fort Dodge. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
